ceiling, plus extra steel skeleton for strength. (Exceeds

(This prevents floating out, plus extra protection for

All above ground
shelters are anchored with Hiltie Epoxy anchors into
concrete slab
(This anchoring system makes the shelter become a part of
the concrete once it's anchored in.) |
Seams : |
Each seam is welded both inside and
outside. (Double welded) |
Outside of shelter : |
All
below grounds are painted with tar mastic (protects it
from rust)
Above ground is primed, then painted with commercial
paint. |
Inside of shelter : |
Painted with
commercial paint, 2 coat hooks, 3 walls-12 inch
bench seats (carpeted), carpeted floors, steel nipple
with cap for extension and/or phone cord. |
Vents : |
Below ground and Hill
Side has two
4 inch turbine ventilators and screen,
Above ground vented at top wall w/screen and cover. |

3 steel heavy duty hinges& 2 dead bolts, 3 steel drop pins
